Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions set the basic cooperation rules for ordering services and digital products through CottonCloud.sk. The scope confirmed in the order, e-mail communication, quotation or customer account always applies.

The operator of CottonCloud.sk is Fotografovanie, s. r. o., company ID: 50631501, tax ID: 2120550619, address: Lokca 490, 029 51 Lokca, Slovak Republic. The contact e-mail for the CottonCloud project is info@cottoncloud.sk.

Subject of services

CottonCloud mainly provides website creation and redesign, WordPress development, plugin adjustments, SEO and content services, PageSpeed optimization, technical audit, customer support, digital plugins, licences and related consultations.

Order and start of cooperation

An order may be created by submitting a form, confirming a quotation, paying an order, activating a licence or another clear confirmation of the cooperation scope. For individual services, the specific agreed scope, deadline, price and supplied materials are decisive.

Prices, payments and billing

Prices shown on the website are starting or indicative prices unless stated otherwise for a specific product. The final price of an individual service depends on scope, technical complexity, materials, deadline and required integrations. Payment may be made by bank transfer, online payment or another agreed method.

Delivery of services and digital products

Digital products, licences or ZIP packages are made available after order or payment confirmation according to the settings of the specific product. For custom services, deadlines are counted from scope confirmation and delivery of the required materials. If the customer does not deliver materials on time, the delivery deadline may be reasonably moved.

Licences, updates and support

For plugin products, the licence, update and support scope stated at the product or in the customer account applies. A licence does not authorise resale, publication of source code outside the agreed scope or removal of protection and licensing mechanisms.

Complaints and issue resolution

If a problem appears in a service or digital product, the customer reports it by e-mail, contact form or through the customer account. The report should include the URL, product version, issue description, reproduction steps and relevant screenshots without passwords or sensitive access details.

Responsibility and security

CottonCloud performs technical work with reasonable care, but the customer is responsible for the accuracy of supplied materials, legality of their own content and secure handover of access details. Passwords, API keys and sensitive access details should not be sent through public chat or without an agreed secure channel.

Copyright and supplied materials

The customer is responsible for ensuring that texts, photos, logos, data and other materials they provide may be used. Custom outputs are used within the scope agreed in the order or contractual communication.

Final provisions
